Before I start, can I just draw your attention to the fact that it is exactly ONE WEEK until the big day - so blimmin' exciting! Anyway, let's begin...
I’m a sucker for a good Christmas decoration. My desired style is rustic and lived in with a log-cabin theme. I don’t know about you, but as soon as the decorations go up Christmas has begun (actually, Christmas starts at the end of November for me, but that’s only because I’m obsessed) I do, however, draw the line at playing Christmas music before December 1st.
Tea lights are the perfect lighting to add that Christmas glow to any room.
I purchased these little beauties at The Tea Cosy Christmas Craft Fayre (how quintessentially British that sentence was *face palm*) they go perfectly with my rustic theme and, along with fairy lights, make for a beautifully cosy Santa’s Grotto-esque bedroom.
My mini Christmas tree was purchased from Amazon and stands at a teeny-weeny 2ft small, but it’s sweet and dainty and adds that little bit of sparkle that my boudoir was missing.
My obsession with fairy lights is getting out of hand. Help.
I really do get that excited about Christmas, you’d think as I got older the excitement and magic of Christmas would fade, and for most it does, but Christmas holds a very special place in my heart and I am the first to spread Christmas joy and spirit.
